I gave up after 20 ch first of all the story is a rage inducing story the mc was suppposed to have iq he has none power wasted for nothing he acts stupid as if he has forgotten that he transmigrated and second instead of actually doing something for herself he simply became lazy and he got beat up no wonder his niece almost died because of his carelesness
it's getting an anime adaptation that's scheduled to be release next year. idk if I should read the novel first or wait for the anime to drop since the plot looks like it'll be just a simple and chill adventure hmm.
edit: did some research and found out the novel's been translated up to vol 20 out of 21. BUT the catch is, the novel's still on-going itself! they've also adapted it to manga with 97 chapters available.

Trying to think of any but none stay fighting humans, and normally it isn’t cus they hate humans but more of just that faction.
The closest one I can think of is “Book of the dead”, guy gets a forbidden class and is forced to lose it or die, ends up having to go on the run. His nice at the start but currently in book 2 his gotten to the point where he would slaughter a village if it meant getting closer to his goal, which is pretty much destroying everything which decided he had to die.
Also has dark gods and cuthulu aspects.
