Sad. I once had a summary on this novel days before the great purge ? Now, I am remembering bits of this novel.
Iirc, this novel should be good, like a tone down version of Library of Heavens Path. The story was decent and its a good casual read. Characters arent overbearing like the ones in LOHP.
Good story, but the translater notes randomly put after a sentence during a pivotal moment in the story are the most annoying, immersion breaking, downright sinful thing to ever exist. I don't want to hear your personal thoughts or how the discord reacted or if it was difficult to translate while I'm reading. Put them at the end of a chapter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh it finally ended
I first read it's manhwa but it was slow so read it's webnovel but was not complete so I started reading machine translation till the end
And it was good and I Don't regret reading it one bit
no worries
The book was an excellent read and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The author effectively conveyed the struggles and despair faced by ordinary folk under oppressive and corrupt regimes. One of my favorite characters, Shen Jin, really resonated with me; I couldn't help but empathize with his situation and root for his success.
If you're seeking a slower-paced story with a touch of humor, action, and a dash of other elements, this book is worth your time. The main character's cringe factor might initially be off-putting, particularly due to his frequent use of slang, which can come across as both common and challenging to adapt to. However, that very aspect could be seen as entertaining for some readers. The novel offers plenty of action, slices of everyday life, and even moments that bring a smile or a chuckle. Just a heads up, my language skills might not be perfect in describing it as "cringeworthy," but overall, it's an enjoyable read.
I completed the book, having paid its price. You can understand how much I enjoyed the narrative; the thoughts I've shared are merely my personal reflections.
In my view, the story would have been legendary without these minor setbacks. Additionally, I found the romantic aspect insufficient – it's unclear if their feelings are genuine love, admiration, or simply a reliance on one another. Sexual tension felt lacking, and the main character's psychological resilience didn't seem in line with his experiences. His eating disorder as a coping mechanism seemed disconnected from his background as a long-standing figure with a privileged upbringing. The plot point where he resorts to prostitution for sustenance disrupted the flow, as it doesn't fit the established character arc for someone of his stature. A universal plant could have easily avoided such a scenario, and someone with such a history wouldn't typically find success in a second chance, often leading to darker paths.
Furthermore, I believe the MC's character could have been portrayed as more than just intelligent, but also emotionally detached. It's possible that rather than being stupid, everyone else's assistance made things easy for him. If he were truly naive, he wouldn't have navigated his second life so effectively. The complex relationship with the Usaki and the emotional toll it took on him should have been more prominent. There should have been a deeper exploration of the protagonist's motivations and psychological underpinnings.
While I appreciate the overall quality of the story, my critique is aimed at refining it for perfection. Even without addressing these points, the tale remains enjoyable.
In my opinion, this is likely one of the most well-executed portrayals of this romance genre. I particularly appreciate the main character's (MC) personality, as his growth and self-awareness only enhance his appeal. The female lead (FMC), with her depth and quirky nature, adds to the delightful, yet not overly dramatic, sweetness in their interactions. Together, they create a heartwarming and genuine relationship that stands out among the reads I've enjoyed. The MC isn't oblivious, and he takes action based on his emotions, while the FMC evolves alongside him, making both characters feel dynamic and authentic. The pacing of the story is also commendable, and I would argue that it has one of the best first volume endings in romance I've encountered. Highly recommended.
Having ventured into the captivating world of "REINCARNATION IN BLEACH UNIVERSE," I found an intriguing fusion of action and philosophical exploration. The narrative weaves a compelling tale, seamlessly blending the familiar Bleach lore with unique reincarnation twists. The characters' growth, especially the protagonist's journey, was commendable, as they grappled with destiny and identity. Although it didn't quite reach my expectations initially, the unexpected plot developments kept me hooked until the end. Overall, a thought-provoking read for fans seeking an unconventional take on the beloved series.
Umm, is something wrong? It's been 16 days since there was a new chapter, what's going on?
