The plot of this novel revolves around what happened in the past. Meanwhile, there's not a lot going on in the present time. The story itself feels like reading a history book, where we already know the current state of the world, but the events of the past unravel hidden details that recontextualize what we already know. The main attraction and fun of this novel comes from that. Overall, a highly interesting read.

I love it when characters have passion for something very niche, like toy creation. Also, a journey of self improvement is just as much of a feel good story as a good romance. So, this book is a definite recommend from me!
