Years ago, a strange crack appeared in the sky. No one could explain where it came from or how it opened. From the crack came terrifying creatures called Riftborn.
To fight back, the Supreme Sorcerer Detective Court (SSDC) was formed. This group of powerful sorcerers and fighters became humanity’s protectors, standing against the Riftborn and helping those in need.
Victor Noir, once a professor at a famous academy, was invited to join the SSDC after the leader of Squad 7 was killed in battle. Though he had no experience with the Riftborn, Victor accepted the challenge.
Victor’s mission is not only to fight the Riftborn but also to uncover the truth behind the crack in the sky. Is it possible to close it? Who or what opened it? These questions haunt him as he works to protect Archkam City.
