Jane Beckett recently graduated college with a marketing degree and is ready to start her new career. She applies at Greene Industries for an intern position and gets offered a position as the CEO's personal assistant instead. Although the position isn't what she was aiming for, the salary and experience are desperately needed. She decides to take the job with the promise that she can get extra training by sitting in on marketing meetings and meeting once a week with the marketing team. She can't deny the fact that her boss is attractive on an otherworldly level, but she reminds herself that she must remain professional if she wants a future with this company. Besides, Mr. Greene is far too rich and important to ever even consider dating his personal assistant. Lee Greene is the CEO of Greene Industries and heir to his family's wealth. He has a reputation for being the bad playboy type of guy, but he's rich, so he can do whatever he wants, right? His attitude begins to change the day that Jane walks into his conference room for an interview. He can't put his finger on it, but something about this woman is appealing in a way Lee has never known before. He decides to hire her as his assistant so that he can get to know her better. Bit by bit, Lee finds himself more than a little attracted to Jane despite trying to convince himself that she is just another woman. He's had plenty of women in his lifetime; why was this one any different? As Jane and Lee's relationship begins to heat up, secrets from a darker past find their way back into the spotlight.

If Jamie is killed off in this storyline then what's the point. She's the fantastic female character that you want to know what going to happen between her & Mason.  She's been through enough, now this tragic scenario ...  happens. Come on now give her a  HAPPY ENDING.
