When Hayley Evans goes night surfing in Myrtle Beach the night the particle accelerator exploded, she didn't expect to become a murderous meta-human. And she certainly didn't expect to meet Central City's own Flash, and to become his enemy.
All in all this book is awesome. Although it slows down and then fasten at pace, I still will give it a complete five stars. checking out other books by author ummie.....
