Fresh out of prison and with nowhere to go, Atlas Black has no other option but to live with his best friend, Emmett. Darlina West, as Emmett's roommate and friend, wants to get along with Atlas, but finds out quickly that he is a grumpy man of little words and, made clear to her, he is not looking to make friends.
