Great novel. Interesting plot and nice world building. Better than average Chinese cultivation novels. For me overall 8/10 -2 is for forgetting some of the characters. You can see in other comments. But that doesnot damage the plot or story. So it’s acceptable.

Books getting ridiculous Leon 3 ranks and 9 sub ranks below the people he fighting and he wins with ease. Leon basically a beginner beating masters making pills for masters who are all coming for his pills. His pills can easily rank him up but he never uses them or cultivates
