Why do all these idiot authors use Gatcha games, or mobile games, or other bullshit chest drop mechanics based bullshit as the basis for every game/system novel. "Free draws till I'm broken" ahhahaa so funny and fun to read especially when the main character is always a scared little bitch until he can destroy the universe, but then remains a scared little bitch because there is another bigger universe he never knew about ooooohhhh. "Daily login bonus for 8 years now I am broken" So funny right, all of it is so funny. Such a good repetitive joke told in slightly different ways over and over again. So funny! So good! Why are all of the MC's as dumb as the authors and the situations/conflicts/storylines they cook up? Answered my own question. Here are some predictions for some, at least analogous, situations in this story. Situation: "System, what is that?" (system) "It looks like a big bear with flaming claws you fucking idiot." "What tier is it? Can I kill it in one shot with no effort?" (what the system should say and never does) "No..." "Awwwww... this system is so weak and useless. I have to work to become better and can't just buy items from the store or get free draws to upgrade my ultra skill to a level 3 caste tier to level 3 caste tier pseudo silver from bronze! So unfair!"Situation: "Free log-in bonus: Ultra rare gold tier best thing in the universe." "Awwww, but why wasn't it legendary tier? I guess I'll just have to deal with it." Hahahaha so funny. He smiled evily after he said it. OMG SO FUNNY RIGHT? Situation: "Hey system, what are all the energy levels and names of every level of different power levels? And what is my item/skill/ability/domain/level in relation to those? Make sure to mention how overpowered everything is unless it goes up against the very next tier of item/skill/ability/domain/level, then of course we all know it will be absolutely useless against it, like gods against ants right?" (what the system should say and never does) "Shut the fuck up you god damn idiot. Who gives a shit if the item is a blue-gold, green-orange, basic ultra-god tier level 2. Is the effect a good one? Are there multiple useful effects? Are you stacking them? None of this shit matters. You are in a game you could die in and this is the shit you are thinking and asking about?" Situation: "Nobody knows I am the only system user in this universe. I must hide the fact I am a system user desperately and try and hide my true abilities so nobody knows. This way my teammates or anybody I work with will have no ability to really coordinate with me. I should sit back and watch these people struggle and die because if I helped, my true abilities might be revealed. I should think about getting a mask, so nobody can tell who I am. I should find ways to obfuscate my power level and ability. Hopefully a skin mask or corpse jacket made from thousands of corpses so that I can change into looking like anyone I see. That way I can impersonate people, and nobody will ever know who I am, or my true abilities or power levels. If they did, they might be jealous and immediately try and kill me and my family because of the outrage this would cause. The imperial family might try and recruit me and the emperor if they knew my broken abilities and I might be thrown carelessly onto the front lines because of a powerful family. Oh I mean leader... oh I mean president..." (what the system should say and never does) "Why is this interesting? Why is hiding interesting? Living dual lives is interesting, kind of... Especially for cheaters not unlike yourself but in a different way, but the act of constantly hiding ones identity and being worried about it is something only spies and criminals share. Nobody else worries this much about their identity being revealed. Ever. Never ever. If having your identity hidden could stop the things you are worried about happening, like somebody from a higher power level than you will kill you, or a situation out of your control will kill you, hiding your identity only works on people who care about your identity. Some people will kill any and everyone for little to no reason, and some of those people in this universe or reality or layer or dimension are more powerful than you, and they might kill you regardless of the hoodie you are wearing. Some situations happen regardless of who you are when you are around them. Hiding the fact you have a system from everyone around you will, at the very least, make you a needless liar. At the worst you could become insane, stop eating while 'other forms' of 'energy' nourishes your body and spirit and soul and meridians and apetures and six senses and speed and strength and thought speed and intelligence and wisdom and agility and dexterity, and go live in a cave for 10,000 years, while convincing yourself that by sitting in a lotus position on top of a pile of your own ignored excrement and denial of your own basic bodily functions in meditation, that this will somehow make you stronger than anyone else in the universe. So just stop going down this road and walk down the street like a normal person."
