Lin An Lan has lost his memory, but luckily, his boyfriend doesn’t mind and still treats him with tenderness, pampering him, and doting on him.

Lin An Lan was relieved until one day he found a photo album in the house where he lived together, full of single photos of him, from his student days to his current status as a popular celebrity.

On the back of the last photo, written in black neutral pen – I want him.

* Cheng Yu has liked Lin An Lan and has done so for eight years. He wants him, but is afraid to make a rash move.

*
Until that day, when he heard someone knocking on the door as the wind and rain hit his window. He went out and saw that Lin An Lan’s clothes were soaked through, his ink-like hair was soaked with moisture, which made his lips look even more delicate, like a rose in the dark night.

“Do I stay here?” He asked.

Cheng Yu didn’t speak.

Lin An Lan frowned, looking both puzzled and innocent: “Sorry, I can’t remember some things. May I ask, are you my boyfriend? Do I live here?”

Cheng Yu was shocked in his heart, but he smiled slightly as he reached out and led Lin An Lan inside, his tone gentle, as if they were a real pair of lovers.

“Yes.” He said, “You’re back too late, wife.”

I love you the most in the whole world, past, present and future.

"Absolutely delightful and incredibly sweet. Initially, I anticipated a story filled with intense conflict, misunderstandings, or heavy drama based on the summary. However, the actual reading exceeded my expectations. The male lead consistently exhibits immense affection, patience, and indulgence towards the female lead, making their relationship a sight to envy. This couple stands out as one of the adorable pairings I've encountered. From their everyday interactions to the pivotal plot points, the novel provided a thoroughly satisfying reading experience. Heartfelt applause for the author!"

Initially, I genuinely enjoyed this novel; it had my interest. However, I found it excessively padded with repetitive content. To get to the crux of the story, I often skimmed or skipped over large sections. The prose didn't captivate me enough to appreciate unnecessary descriptions or meandering plots.

This novel truly tugs at my heartstrings, it's been quite an emotional rollercoaster. I started reading about a month ago, and it's remarkable how long it has taken me to finish - usually a novel takes just 2-3 days. The reason? I can't bear the melancholy in every third chapter, it breaks my heart. Cheng Yu's character is incredibly pitiful, and his inner thoughts always bring me to tears. His love for Lin An Lan is humbling, making him feel like a man living one day at a time on death row. Occasionally, I wish Lin An Lan could reciprocate his love more, to create some balance in their relationship.

I'll hold off on reading further until the main story is translated completely, as I don't want the messy translation to spoil my experience. ?

The story was excessively lengthy, repetitive, and overly sentimental, with a heavy focus on clichés. It could have been more concise, perhaps around 80-100 chapters would have sufficed. However, despite its flaws, the romance was engaging and the concept intriguing. I actually found it quite enjoyable overall.
