Thou must never use thine power for evil or else humanity shall be destroyed." The angel's deceived humanity in attempt to hide the state of their lord.
Humanity used the new energy and power to develop their technology incredibly fast. They created entire islands, enhanced space travel, and within just a hundred years...
They had even captured a star.
However, humanity was still a curious species riddled with sin, over the hundred years of development humanity learned to revolutionise war... Regalia energy increased the physical capabilities of mortals dependent on their aptitude with it. Many humans had begun to discard the need for guns as simply, they became too slow. Humanity had regressed in a way, back to killing each other face to face in bouts with swords and other weaponry.
