when mackenzie (kenzie) tears her acl in highschool, her basketball career is over. she still goes to her dream school: iowa, with goals to become a basketball coach, and her best friend, gabbie marshall at her side. however as they go through college, they drift apart. but when kenzie gets assigned to oversee the women's basketball practices, she finds herself falling for none other than gabbie's best friend: kate martin.
