as someone who read the mtl, I feel like the romance is pretty much inexistent reading 2000 chapters and the romance is still not progressing, the mc is focused on getting his settlement stronger the only romance that we regularly see here is the players having a relationship with npc's(which is totally real humans)(they dont know)
but let me tell you, this is like a combination of fallout 1, 2, 3, 4 and fallout vegas. many characters and factions will be shown like the ncr, ceasars legion, and mr house.
