Fifth-teen-year-old Cron Orus has grown up in a place called New Onyx Province. This is a society of people who can wield time itself. Only three abilities exist in their world. One is to slow down time, the other is to stop time, and the last is to speed up time. These abilities can only be practical to close people or objects.
Poor Cron has no abilities in a place filled with wonder. Cron has been constantly teased and accused of being timeless. However, that all changed one faithful day.
