Synopsis took one of the biggest left turns of all time. wtf???

This seems interesting but the translation kept me from really being able to enjoy it. Maybe it gets better later on, but in the beginning it just reminds me of 80s-90s anime fan subs, "all according to keikaku."

For your first and fourth question he is still the same rank since chap 1800 and for the last question the story has good character development but it really takes alot of time I remember smth took him more than 100 chap to change in him and for the second and third the story got kinda bland and boring in the middle after chap 1800 I think it kinda got repetitive I dropped it at 2000
