I don't know what everyone is always complaining about. This novel is one of the most well written stories out there it will not meet all your expectations but it will remain in the realm of realism for why important characters make some of their disappointing decisions. The novel is inherently dark, I don't know to what degree but if you came here after reading happy go lucky novels expecting this to be the same then you're wrong. The fights are just wonderful and power scaling also good. There are no unreasonable power up or the MC doing so OP sh*t out of nowhere. I actually enjoy the relationships in the story. Now the MC is good he has his own flaws and is not one of those stupid main character that can do anything, he has his limitations, his own interests, he strengths and weakness. So no matter how much you want it the MC can't solve every problem the way you want it. If we are talking about anything I hate in the novel is the generic face slapping of young masters.
