One of the best story I've seen

Great book, captivating story line.

It was rank 1 when i first saw this website and beleive me that it was the only thing that convinced me to read all of it. Tbh,i wish i could forget it just to get a chance to read it all over again. Even though it gets repetitive, it's just too much fun to read

Cannon fodder in actuality is a person who will be sacrificed for greater good. So if it's used in the story, it means a person who can elevate the protagonist's halo. (Ex: you bully someone, then the protagonist help that 'someone', making him/her look more kind and affectionate.)

what makes you think that reading the entire novel would be worth it?
We're allowed to complain. There are plenty of novels that I have continued due to the sunk-cost fallacy, but I've stopped doing so. Adding on to that, you seem to be the most vocal fan here.

Took me a while to remember the story. You are right! By far one of the best Chinese novels, sad it got banned
