The world of Shinterra had known happiness once, and yet for a long time there was only darkness. A single man continued to fight against the ever growing armies of monsters, while the cities and villages fell away into nothingness. Soon enough there were only a few hundred of the Human race left alive, and that number dwindled on a daily basis.
With nothing left to lose and years of hatred gathered together, Griff chose to make one desperate try to stop the evil that had destroyed his home. What he would find was something that would change Shinterra forever, if not the universe itself.
