I was consumed by the desire for revenge. The loss of nearly all my loved ones left me determined to ensure they weren't forgotten or unjustly forgiven. My strength and focus were centered on bringing those responsible to justice. However, my world turned upside down when I met Pietra. Her beauty, gentle shyness, and unwavering dedication captivated me. Her intelligence was enchanting, and even her quick wit intrigued me. Truth be told, her presence stirred emotions within me that surpassed what I thought possible.
I found myself in a difficult situation. If I chose to pursue Pietra, I'd have to let go of my quest for vengeance. Conversely, if I stayed true to my quest for justice, I couldn't imagine incorporating her into my life. Everything became incredibly complex, and the revelation that our destinies were intertwined – that eventually, one way or another, we were meant to be together – only added to the turmoil.
