Not your ideal BL novel

Willow Astor is, or at least was, a completely normal guy. That is, until he went in a forest, started a fire, and ended up transmigrating. In a bl novel. It would've been somewhat alright if that certain novel didn't have a fujoshi narcissist sister who transmigrated with him, an obviously smitten male lead, over the top characters and the things his sister made him do 'for the sake of the plot'! Can a straight guy survive in a place where every single person is a stereotypical bl character? Or would he be bent and forced to give in to became a typical bottom?
