Your right but don't you think it's a bit suspicious if do do that? If you think logically, people would wonder how an 15-16 year old girl got this? Why does she have so many precious herbs? Where/ how does she have/got so many fresh vegetables? And if they investigate her, what should she do? That's the question. Well unless she has her own piece of land with lots of vegetables, she could do that.
