Was greatly disappointed by the story. Cover and synopsis make me belive that story will take place at medieval China or xianxia world, but it's in modern world instead, okay, so far I had some hope left as what I waited for is the poison practitioner. What you first think when you hear the word poison? Silent killer, description of some gruesome deaths due to poisoning, may be cruelty and race against the time while detoxification. May be this novel is not that bad, but at least from poison there are just naming and some plot left with nothing from above. You could replace poison with some qi and not much will change at all.
