It is rare to read a story in present tense. Sadly, its not really my cup of tea. More imagery could be used to describe the characters though. There are a lot of names, but not enough description for me to imagine how they look.World Background: 4/5The world is interesting, but I'm curious, does this take place in modern times? Future? Where did these "Damn" come from? What are the Damn Hunters? I have a lot of questions about the world. More explanations would be helpful.
