What happens when relatively well-adjusted super-villains from the dirty-thirties have to go up against twenty-something supers from the 80s with more issues than a warehouse full of comic books?

And none of it good.
Icarus was a mediocre villain of his day, but he's managed to at least outlive his superhero nemesis. But now Calamity Jane, his old partner in super-powered crime, has offered him a chance to be young again if he helps her and the old crew pull one, last job.
Can Jane and Icarus convince Snowman, Mister Monocle, Black Tiger and the Scarlet Swami to leave their semi-straight lives and return to lives of degenerate crime once again? Will age and treachery beat youth and speed?
