Into this era came Etheria, a VRMMO astounding the world. Released by an unknown developer, the games graphics, world design, and mechanics are beyond even the games that major firms release. The developer, a mysterious figure known only by their icon, a black bird in front of a crimson star, opened the game and soon saw hundreds of players, instantly making it the most played game in the industries history.
