Helle Chevalier had lived her entire life in a small town. Her father passed away when she was young, so she grew up with her single mother. From the outside, it seemed a mundane but happy life. However, everything turned upside down when Orion Lennox entered her world. Revealing the town's secrets, he offered her a chance at a new life. Will she take his hand? Or will she remain in her familiar hell?
"How about I offer you a contract?" Orion proposed confidently. "If you sign it, you'll become engaged to me. You'll live in a big city, and your mother can escape this town too. It's a win-win."
"What do you take me for?!" Helle retorted, her eyes piercing into him.
"... I said engaged. We won't have any sexual relationship."

Hard to read. Needs someone to go through and correct grammar. English not the writers first language.
The concept of the story is good, but needs work for the story to flow better.
"Hey, Gwen you're right on time. Here's the surprise I was talking about; meet Professor Harry Fair, an old friend of mine, and we were just talking about you and your curiosity towards history and so he offered to give us a personal tour."
