Now a lonely teenager, he enters the virtual reality game Fate Online as Rain. He is not after fame, power, or riches. All he wants is to find true friends.
He thinks it will be fairly easy. However, in a world where people lie and cheat to get ahead, where appearances can be changed with a thought, where dangerous monsters are out to get this inexperienced gamer, will Rain actually find what he's looking for? His quest for true friendship may turn out to be nothing but a fool's errand.
