A grand courtyard residence with grey-blue walls, green bricks, and grey tiles. Built by a northern wealthy family in the early 1960s who later emigrated abroad. About twenty households lived there. The first entry was the gatehouse, second the main hall, third the rear hall. Divided into individual rooms by the subdistrict office.
