A standard three-section western-style courtyard with back house, screen door, main hall, and side rooms. Originally dilapidated with peeling red paint, a half-dead jujube tree, and broken bricks, but with solid golden nanmu wood beams. Su Ci restored it with antiques and modern amenities.
