A six-story observatory tower built from hollow translucent glazed bricks with steel bars. Beastmen poured cement and black pigment into the hollow walls, giving it a dark red hue. It serves as the government building and office space for tribal leadership. It is the last and most beautiful structure completed, surrounded by smaller towers like stars surrounding the moon.
