Built outside Cat Valley near the new city. It is twice as large as the Cat Valley cafeteria, equipped with over thirty large stoves and carefully polished thin stone pots. Lu Qizhou taught the staff how to make four types of snacks here: dried meat, dried fish, hand-peeled bamboo shoots, and dried carrots.
