A high-end residential project developed by Fu Cheng Shen after taking over Fu Corporation. It features one elevator per household. Fu Cheng Shen purchased an apartment there and had Su Luoyan input on the renovation. It includes a walk-in closet, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a leisure area with a beanbag chair and easel.
